1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Told You So Trial money-back guarantee offer (the “Offer”) operated by Purplesful Snacking Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, with its registered office at 178 St. George Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 2M7 (“Purplesful,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Offer is a product satisfaction guarantee. It is not a contest, lottery, or game of chance. No purchase is required to receive the Terms, but a qualifying purchase is required to submit a claim.

By submitting a claim, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit a claim.

2. Offer Period and Claim Deadline

The Offer applies only to purchases made during the Offer Period: May 27, 2026 to June 2, 2026, inclusive.

Claims must be submitted no later than seven (7) calendar days following the last day of the Offer Period. Any claim submitted after this deadline will not be accepted, regardless of when the purchase was made.

Purplesful reserves the right to close the submission portal before the claim deadline if the maximum claim limit is reached. See Section 9.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to submit a claim under this Offer, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of purchase:

1. Be a resident of Canada;
2. Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
3. Have purchased an Eligible Product (defined in Section 4) from an Eligible Retailer (defined in Section 5) during the Offer Period;
4. Not have previously submitted a claim under this Offer from the same email address or same household; and
5. Comply fully with all requirements set out in these Terms.

Proof of Canadian Residency: For in-store purchases, Canadian residency is confirmed by self-declaration at the time of claim submission. For online or delivery orders, the Canadian delivery address shown on the order invoice serves as confirmation of residency. Purplesful reserves the right to request additional verification and to disqualify any claim where Canadian residency cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Excluded Parties: Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Purplesful Snacking Inc., and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

By submitting a claim, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. Purplesful reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any claimant who does not meet these requirements or who provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.

4. Eligible Products

The following Purplesful popcorn products qualify for this Offer (“Eligible Products”):

• Purplesful Popcorn — Sea Salt
• Purplesful Popcorn — Vegan Cheddar
• Purplesful Popcorn — Jalapeño Cheddar
• Purplesful Popcorn — Grass-Fed Butter

Single units only. Multipacks, bundles, variety packs, or any multi-unit configurations are not eligible, regardless of how they are priced or packaged at retail.

One product per order. Only one (1) Eligible Product per submitted receipt or invoice qualifies for a refund, even if multiple Eligible Products appear on the same receipt or invoice.

5. Eligible Purchases and Retailers

To qualify for a refund, your purchase must have been made from an authorized Canadian retail carrier of Purplesful products (“Eligible Retailer”) during the Offer Period, through any of the following channels:

• In-store purchase at a physical retail location in Canada;
• Online order placed directly through an Eligible Retailer’s own website or app, with delivery to a Canadian address; or
• Order placed through a third-party delivery platform (including but not limited to DoorDash, Instacart, and Uber Eats) from an Eligible Retailer, with delivery to a Canadian address.

Purchases made directly through Purplesful’s own channels (including purplesful.com) do not qualify under this Offer.

Proof of Purchase Required: All claims must be supported by a valid receipt or order invoice, as described in Section 6. Purplesful reserves the right to determine whether a retailer qualifies as an Eligible Retailer at its sole discretion.

6. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a valid refund claim, you must complete all of the following steps before the claim submission deadline:

1. Visit the claim submission form at here
2. Upload a clear, legible photograph or screenshot of your original receipt or order invoice. The document must show all of the following:
   • The name of the Eligible Product
   • The individual product purchase price
   • The date of purchase, within the Offer Period
   • The name of the Eligible Retailer
   • For delivery and online orders: the Canadian delivery address associated with the order
3. Confirm via the submission form that you are at least 18 years of age and a resident of Canada
4. Provide a valid Canadian email address or Canadian mobile phone number to receive your Interac e-Transfer
5. Submit the completed form before the claim submission deadline

Submissions that are incomplete, contain illegible or altered documents, or that do not meet all requirements stated in these Terms will not be processed and will be ineligible for a refund. Purplesful is not responsible for submissions not received, lost, or delayed due to technical issues.

7. Refund Details

7.1 Refund Amount

The refund will equal the purchase price of the single Eligible Product as shown on the submitted receipt or invoice. The refund excludes all applicable taxes, fees, deposits, delivery charges, platform service fees, and any other charges reflected on the receipt or invoice. No rounding, bonus, or additional compensation will be provided.

7.2 Method of Payment

All refunds will be issued exclusively by Interac e-Transfer to the Canadian email address or Canadian mobile phone number provided at the time of claim submission. No alternative payment methods, including cash, cheque, credit, store credit, or gift card, will be offered under any circumstances.

7.3 Timing

Valid, approved claims will receive an Interac e-Transfer within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of claim approval. Business days exclude weekends and Canadian federal statutory holidays.

Purplesful is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect contact information, unclaimed or expired e-Transfers, bank processing times, or technical issues outside of Purplesful’s control. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address or phone number you provide is accurate, active, and capable of receiving Interac e-Transfers.

7.4 Non-Transferable

Refunds are personal to the individual claimant and may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed by any other person.

8. One Claim Per Person and Per Household

This Offer is limited to one (1) refund claim per email address.

Purplesful further reserves the right to limit claims to one (1) per household on a best-efforts basis. Multiple claims submitted using different email addresses by individuals residing at the same address or within the same household may be identified and disqualified at Purplesful’s sole discretion.

Submission of multiple claims in violation of this section constitutes abuse of the Offer and may result in disqualification of all associated claims.

9. Total Claim Limit

This Offer is limited to the first two thousand (2,000) valid, approved claims received. Once this limit is reached, Purplesful reserves the right to close the submission portal immediately and without prior notice, even if the claim submission window has not yet expired. Claims received after the limit is reached will not be processed and will not be eligible for a refund.

Purplesful’s determination as to whether the claim limit has been reached is final.

10. Fraud Prevention and Disqualification

Purplesful reserves the right to investigate and reject any claim that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Grounds for disqualification include, but are not limited to:

• Receipt or invoice images that are altered, edited, digitally manipulated, or reproduced
• Documents that are illegible, partially obscured, or do not clearly display all required information
• Duplicate submissions using the same or different email addresses or phone numbers
• Receipts or invoices from ineligible retailers or purchase channels
• Claims submitted outside of the eligible Offer Period or claim window
• Delivery addresses outside of Canada on order invoices
• Submission of a claim on behalf of another person without authorization
• Any conduct Purplesful reasonably determines constitutes misuse or abuse of this Offer

Purplesful’s determination with respect to fraud, eligibility, and claim validity is final and binding. Purplesful reserves the right to seek recovery of any refunds issued based on fraudulent or ineligible claims.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through this Offer, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, delivery address, and receipt or invoice image, will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Offer, verifying eligibility, and issuing refunds. Purplesful will collect, use, and disclose this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

By submitting a claim, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information for the purposes described above. You may contact Purplesful at the address in Section 15 to request access to or correction of your personal information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. Purplesful’s total liability to any claimant arising out of or related to this Offer shall not exceed the purchase price of the single Eligible Product reflected on the approved receipt or invoice; and
2. Purplesful is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from participation in this Offer, submission of a claim, or any decision made by Purplesful in connection with this Offer.

Nothing in these Terms limits Purplesful’s liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Modification and Cancellation

Purplesful reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice if fraud, technical failure, system error, or any other cause beyond Purplesful’s reasonable control compromises or threatens the integrity or proper administration of the Offer.

In the event of cancellation or termination, Purplesful will honour valid claims submitted prior to the cancellation date, subject to the total claim limit in Section 9.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Purplesful with respect to the Offer and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
